At ARKTYPE, we really appreciate your support and we work hard to make sure you are happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us via email@example.com and we will do our best to make things right. Below are our general policies.
Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking.
- Once an order ships from arktypedesign.com, we will provide you with tracking information to help you track your order. However, once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the status of the package. At that point, it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
- All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. We will contact you in the case there is a shipping delay.
- To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Unfortunately, all shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns & Replacements
- We will gladly exchange or refund new and unused items within 21 calendar days from the shipping date.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the product is returnable prior to sending it to us. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept any returns that are sent without our prior knowledge. Returns must be received within 14 calendar days after receiving a return authorization.
- All returns are subject to evaluation by ARKTYPE. Depending on the condition of the item(s), we may have to charge a small restocking fee.
- All refunds will be issued in the original payment tender, excluding shipping costs and credit card fees, within 3 business days from the date of return.
- Merchandise must be in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If your item is in new and unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different finish or product. If additional costs apply, you will be contacted for your information as we do not retain credit card data for your security.
- After shipping, the carrier is responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You will have to file a claim with the carrier to resolve any issues in transit.
- All ARKTYPE products have a lifetime warranty.
- Warranty covers defect in materials or workmanship and will be repaired at the discretion of ARKTYPE.
- Damages not covered are those resulting from improper use/care, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damages.
