Policy

At ARKTYPE, we really appreciate your support and we work hard to make sure you are happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us via info@arktypedesign.com and we will do our best to make things right. Below are our general policies.

Feedback
We welcome and appreciate any feedback you have on our products, service, content, and site. Please don't hesitate to email us at  info@arktypedesign.com. In some cases, we may be able to provide special offers as a thank you for your contribution.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking.  
  • Once an order ships from arktypedesign.com, we will provide you with tracking information to help you track your order. However, once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the status of the package. At that point, it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
  • All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. We will contact you in the case there is a shipping delay.
  • Orders placed during Black Friday through Cyber Monday are subject to an additional 4-5 business day processing time due to high order volume.
  • Listed shipping times are in addition to the processing time above. Shipping times are general estimates based on shipping carrier policy and are not full guarantees.
  • To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. ARKTYPE is not responsible for items held at customs.
  • Unfortunately, all shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Returns & Replacements
  • We will gladly exchange or refund new and unused items within 21 calendar days from the shipping date.
  • Please email info@arktypedesign.com to ensure the product is returnable and to get an authorized return label prior to sending it back to us. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept any returns that are sent without our prior knowledge or returns that do not use the authorized return label. Returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days after receiving a return authorization.
  • All returns are subject to evaluation by ARKTYPE. Depending on particular circumstances, we may have to charge a restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable (for free shipping orders, there will be an adjustment for incurred shipping costs).
  • All refunds will be issued in the original payment tender, excluding shipping costs and credit card fees, within 10-15 business days from the date of return item(s) received.
  • Merchandise must be in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • If your item is in new and unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different finish or product. If additional costs apply, you will be contacted for your information as we do not retain credit card data for your security.
  • After shipping, the carrier is responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You will have to file a claim with the carrier to resolve any issues in transit.
  • Due to the high cost of international shipping and the complexity of customs, all international orders are final sale.
  • All sale items (and merchandise purchased with a discount code) are final sale and not refundable.

 

Lifetime Warranty

  • All ARKTYPE products have a lifetime warranty.
  • Warranty covers defect in materials or workmanship and will be repaired at the discretion of ARKTYPE.
  • Damages not covered are those resulting from improper use/care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or cosmetic damages.
  • Please email info@arktypedesign.com with pictures to determine if your product qualifies under warranty.
